Right, so, im not sure if this is going to work out or not, but i figure, itll be a good way to keep track of my progress etc.
Anyway, to recap.
February last year, my best friend, affectionately known as Squidge, beat me at an arm wrestle at about 3am.. 6 months later i’ve lost three stone and i feel great. I dropped from 13.5st to 10.5st and went from a size 16 to a size 12.
..After a year of eating crap and not exercising im back up to 11.5st. Not happy.
So, ive just bought some new gym stuff that SHOULD be here on Friday, which means, starting the gym on Sunday with Stacey SHOULD be happening.
All that needs to happen before hand is a diet re-evaluation, a shit load of motivation and a fucktonne of willpower and effort.
6months from now, ill be happy with my new body.
